From meeting Andrew-at the coach house everything went smoothly. We loved the property,it was warm and cosy with lots of light. The kitchen and lounge was very comfortable the upstairs bedroom was spacious and light. The bed and linen were exceptional for a good nights sleep. The farm itself sits in beautiful countryside the peace was tangible. It is the first time we have visited this part of Cornwall and barely scratched the surface of what’s available to do in the area.Bude is a short drive away lovely shops and restaurants the Temple was our favourite. Andrew gives detailed information for everything you need to know including beaches and villages to enjoy. Tintagel and Port Isaac were stunning though be prepared for some steep climbs on both. What was perfect was when we returned to the cottage muscles aching was to get in the warm swimming pool what a bonus. We definitely plan to return soon.

We had lovely stay. Andrew very welcoming, and very easy to get hold of. The Coach House is perfect for two, lovely and warm, well equipped and very comfortable. Shower amazing, Bedroom huge, loved the Velux windows. Perfectly fitted out with good quality equipment and bedding. Loved the animals. games room and the pool looked fabulous although didn't use it this time. Would thoroughly recommend this place for Couples or families, Andrew seems to have got everything covered. Would love to go again. .

We had a great stay at the farmhouse. Visited in early March so it was really cold but the cottage was lovely and warm. Cottage was lovely. The bed was so comfortable - we wished we could have brought it home! The short circular walk was amazing - our dog loved it. We had fun in the games room one evening but we didn’t make use of the pool due to an injury that couldn’t get wet but wished we had! A great place. Thanks for the welcome!

Thanks Andrew for a great short stay, from which we were able to explore the local area. We will definitely return, possibly at another time of year, with our family. The Coach House was the perfect warm and cosy cottage for us and had everything we needed. Great opportunities for walks to the coast path directly from the cottage, which we enjoyed very much. We had a lovely 4 day stay and loved the beach at Sandy Mouth when the tide was out. We walked from there to Bude along the cliff tops and then scrambled back over the rocks and walked the rest of the way back to the car along the beach. Very restful stay and helped by a grocery delivery to the front door for easy cooking.
