The photo uploaded in the listing don’t do any justice to the place; it’s way better than that. The place simply has my heart and soul ❤️ This wasn’t built for commercial purposes; it’s a wonderful holiday home nestled amidst nature… wish I could check in and never check out. Property manager Joy is just a holler away & is very accommodating. ONE OF THE BEET AIR BNBs I’ve ever stayed in India.

We had an amazing stay. More than what we expected. The location was perfect for taking a break. The river view from the balcony was worth every penny. Moreover the place was super clean. We had all the amenities that we could think of and finally our caretaker was extremely polite and helpful. The place is close to Vaduvanchal. You can get your lunch and dinner from there. Overall I would highly recommend this place if you want to wind down after spending countless hours working in the city!

As peaceful and private as a property can be. The view from the balcony overlooks the river and the sound of the flowing river gives you company all the time. Beautiful and extremely clean property and the drive to the property is wonderful too. Ayoob, the caretaker was helpful in anything we asked for. Definitely booking this place again.

A beautiful place and away from noise. We had a good time in this place. The only thing is - there aren't any shops or restaurants nearby. You have to explore in the proximity of 10-15km. My Joy helps wherever and whenever required. Would definitely visit next time in waynad.

The balcony is right overlooking the river and you can spend hours there. It will definitely be a highlight of your stay. The place is on the Kerala side of the border, so if you follow Gmaps, don't get into Tamil Nadu, instead talk to Joy in advance and follow the route via Sultan Bathery & Vaduvanchal. Nearest grocery/food - Vaduvanchal, but Bathery is preferred as you will get everything there - drinks/all groceries/good restaurants (KFC/Dominos/Wilton) Talk to Joy, he is helpful. Be careful of leeches - we went with our dog, and she got a lot of leeches in her paws. We also got leeches in our shoes but for us it's easy to understand. Carry some salt on the walks through the plantation and you will be fine. Overall, a great stay, and the Wi-Fi was amazing for the location, so you can easily WFH here.
