This host is a thief.. she lied about location it is far from all things. The location in the platform is different from what she actually send me. We try to contact and let her know that it was really far and the roads were unsafe. We where driving up a mountain that had no banister and also it was very curvy roads full of rocks. My children were scare I frankly was too. There was no service or access to internet no where near. We were stranded. Once we made a decision to return back to the main part of the city I contacted host and explained our concerns and express that the location was not safe and not accurate of what she had posted on Airbnb she was not polite and not understanding. We ask for full Refund since we never got to location due to hazardous roads and location and she refused to comply. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOST. SHE IS LYING ABOUT AIRBNB INFO. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.
