One of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. It was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, quiet and had a great view of the red rocks. This is what an Airbnb should be. We’d recently had a horrible experience with one in Phoenix. The checkin info was 3 hours late and the place was incredibly dirty. We were 5 couples and it was terribly stressful, especially as I had found and booked it. Kim’s place has reaffirmed my faith in Airbnb. I WOUKD STAY HERE AGAIN!!! And, truly hope to. Thank you, Kim

It was very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and the backyard as well as the living room inside and the kitchen. Kim and her husband were very responsive when we contacted them. It was very nice to use the hot tub after a long day of hiking.

The house was very clean, had wonderful views, and a quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again! Hot tub was amazing as well, especially at night with the views.

This home was perfect for our short vacation get away. It had everything we needed and wanted. The beds were comfortable everything was very clean the patio and hot tub with an amazing view. Thank you, Kim for letting us stay in your fantastic air bnb!

Super convenient, well-appointed, and relatively affordable (compared to Sedona!) place to stay in the best part of Arizona. Away from the zoo that Sedona has become, but close to the more-charming Jerome and Old Town Cottonwood. We mountain biked on Mingus Mountain with a great guide from Verde Valley Bicycle and had an incredible horseback ride through Wild Western Horseback Adventures, only a ten minute drive from the house. The hot tub was so great after both of these adventures! And thanks for stocking us with coffee!
