Melanie’s condo was great for a month long stay. The unit was well appointed and comfortable, it really felt like home to us. We ranged from 4 long time friends at the beginning of our stay, with two of us staying for the entire month. The condo was roomy enough for the four of us to watch a movie in the evening after a full day of activities. The location was great for walking or biking into Old Mesilla through the pecan groves nearby. It also was a great home base for all the hiking opportunities around Las Cruces. The people in the neighboring condos were friendly and many retired like we are. The pool is beautiful but not heated in March so we didn’t swim. The condo community is gated and located in a safe area close to stores. We will definitely consider coming back!

Melanie’s villa was PERFECT for me! Perfect location for seeing Old Mesilla and Las Cruces. Jump on I-10 and then I-25 to go to Alamogordo, Space Museum, Truth or Consequences, and White Sands National Monument. The Villa was in a gated area and even better than it shows on VRBO. If my travels take me back to southern NM I will definitely stay here again.

Great spot, very walkable to Historic Masilla. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the area was quiet and felt safe.
