Had a fantastic experience at this apartment in Arosa. The place is cozy, quite, with great views, and well appointed with everything you need. Yuliya and Franz are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Kleines Appartement in Zentrumsnähe. Aussicht und Sonnenterrasse top. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr nette Verwaltung.

We had a long stay at the apartment and we really enjoyed it. The view is breathtaking and the slopes are only few steps away. If there is enough snow you can even ski on the street to the slopes. The apartment is quiet, clean and fully equipped with everything (there are many appliances for cooking or anything one could need for cleaning). Groceries, restaurants and shops are also close. Yuliya and Franz take very good care of the property and made us feel really welcome. We will for sure come back to the apartment next time we will be in Arosa !
