We love Holiday Valley resort. It’s nice to have front desk and maintenance on site. The particular Tamarack unit we stayed in likely hadn’t been used for a bit. There were some maintenance issues with outlets and the refrigerator but the host was very responsive, accommodating and apologetic. That unit is scheduled for renovation soon. We would definitely return and book with them again!

nice little room with working ac, small sink and small fridge. location was great next to golf course and five minute drive to ellicottville. small TV in room and minimal storage area. pool and hot tub access was great! towels were by the pool.

Stayed for commencement weekend for my son. Check in was easy, staff throughout the stay were helpful and pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet as it was off season. Setting is nice with views of the ski area and golf course. Room was fine - but quite small - OK for a short stay.
