Dining table, sofa bed and flat-screen TV, as well as a high-quality equipped kitchen with cooker, filter coffee machine, fridge and much more offer all the comfort you could wish for in a home. Enjoy peaceful nights in the separate bedroom with comfortable double bed and spacious wardrobe. The elegant bathroom in grey natural stone tiles invites you to relax and recharge your batteries with its walk-in rainforest shower. In this flat type, a third person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.

The Schiffbauergasse is a cultural and industrial location. The restaurant ship "John Barnett" and the restaurant "Il Teatro" invite with gastronomic variety and quality all year long to stay and relax. A riverside park with a ship landing stage and marina, a rafting station, a promenade along the "Tiefer See" and cycle paths between the Neuer Garten, the Schiffbauergasse and the Babelsberg Park make the area a total experience for everyone.
You can stop 20 minutes in front of the waveboard for check-in.
Please note that parking is not allowed in the entire area of Schiffbauergasse.
You can park in the public car park "Contipark" behind our building. The fee for this is €1 per hour or a maximum of €14 per day.
During reception opening hours, you can ask for a permanent parking ticket for €10 per night. If you arrive later, please visit us at reception the next day and ask for a permanent parking ticket. Reservations in advance are not possible.
