Die Wohnung ist renovationsbedürftig. Die Wände in Badezimmern verschimmelt. Sehr unbequeme Bette, die Bett Wäsche ist kaput. Die Wohnung ist sehr billig eingerichtet, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist unbrauchbar, alt und für die Preisklasse nicht zumutbar.

This is a great place for experiencing Lausanne and the surrounding areas. Just minutes to the metro station that takes you directly to the old town in one direction and out to the universities in the other. In 15 minutes you can be at the train station and from there within an hour to Geneva, Montreux, Château de Chillon, or even some ski areas! Yes, it’s in a semi-industrial zone, but the apartments are comfortable and well equipped and it really is peaceful at night!

This is really one of the best places to be in Lausanne. It’s right next to the metro line and easy to get on, there are stores easily within walking distance for groceries, and even some nice restaurants in the area, but with the metro you can be in Flon in just a few minutes, and there the choices for restaurants are endless. It’s a great place to go to the market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings—definitely don’t miss out on that!! Marie was very good about communicating things to us and providing all of the relevant information we would need. The apartment is very comfortable with a great view looking up towards the hills above Lausanne. There are lots of trees around and it’s an easy walk to get down to the lakefront for a stroll on a sunny afternoon! We are definitely going to return at our earliest possible convenience!
