It’s located in Via Sant'Ugo, 16135 Genova GE, a cozy 60 square meters apartment in a very safe neighborhood. One bedroom with queen bed and living room with a sofa bed. kitchen with cooking stuff. A working corner and a small workout corner with dumbbell weights in the living room. Bedroom comes with one balcony facing to a church, sunny 8 hours per day in a good weather’s day. Guests can chill in the hammock Kitchen and living room link to one big balcony with few trees in surrounding You can enjoy an entire apartment with one bedroom, one living room, one bathroom, one kitchen and 2 balconies all by your own.

位置绝佳，离火车站只有5分钟之内的bus路程。公寓干净整洁，并且环境十分安静。房东Lucie很好沟通并且很友善😊
Great location for explorers. Only 10-15 minutes to Piazza del Príncipe and the touristic area of Genoa. Lucie is a great host, who helps and answers quickly.
Lucie est très sympathique et attentive, la communication a été idéale et elle m'a transmis de nombreux bons plans pour visiter Genova (lieux à découvrir, glacier, restaurant...) ! L'appartement est parfait, très bien situé (à deux pas de la gare Principe et à quelques minutes du centre historique) et les balcons sont très agréables ! Lucie a été également arrangeante au mieux pour mon heure de départ. Je recommande vivement et reviendrai volontiers chez elle dès que je reviens à Genova.
