Very cute place - an anex to a historical house with its own entrance - in a beautiful residential area near the Parks. It has all the basics you need though a few items could be more generous (eg only 2 forks!). Guests should just be aware that it can be a bit noisy at certain times due to being very close to the street (ground floor opening directly onto street).

Carlos Augusto fue muy puntual al recibirnos y mostrarnos todo el apartamento, realmente fué nuestra mejor opción al elegirlo. no hay queja de nada, ni del anfitrión, ni del departamento, ni de la zona que es muy hermosa. estamos felices por que conocimos muchos lugares cerca del apartamento.

Carlos was incredible as a host! He helped us get checked in and came down to the unit immediately when we had an issue with the door (we weren't pushing hard enough!) The place is in a gorgeous neighborhood in Palermo, super close to awesome dining, parks and museums, while still maintaining a quietness to the street that can be hard to find in Buenos Aires! The Apartment itself had all the amenities we needed, including it's own on-demand hot water/gas system which made our stay super comfortable. We cooked quite a bit as we stayed for 6 weeks, and we found the cute kitchen more than adequate for our needs - Carlos also has pots and pans and general Tupperware available in the unit which helped tremendously. Overall I am super happy we ended up here and will definitely reach out to Carlos on future excursions to Argentina!

Recomiendo el alojamiento; ubicando en una de las mejores zonas de Buenos Aires, buena velocidad de Internet, cama cómoda, buena ducha e impecable de limpio.
