Godrick was a perfect host and his place is exactly as described. I fell in love with the location. It’s nestled on the least busy street in a busy area of town. The location is very convenient for getting around town and having access to a variety of food. The apartment complex is safe. I never felt concerned for my safety, even while out late for a walk. I thought getting up to the 3rd floor would be challenging, but I got acclimated quite quickly and ultimately I enjoyed (and needed) the exercise. The apartment is a cozy size with a balcony that overlooks both an empty field and a thriving business area. You’ll hear the traffic, but no noise otherwise. Godrick was highly responsive. It was clear he had checked the list for all of the comforts and needs his guest would have. I recommend this place!
