By 8/23/23 (maybe earlier) new Hot Tub Jets. Hotel quality bamboo sheets & medium firm hotel mattress, 50’ inch 4K Samsung Smart TV with Sonos Surround Sound systems. Backyard has an outdoor shower (seasonal …can’t be used when winterized), year round hot tub, gas bbq grill, zero gravity chairs and swing, Adirondack chairs by the fire pit and seasonal hammock. Solar powered lights inside the umbrella and table with 4 chairs and bench. Breezeway has backyard games like Giant Jenga, 4 feet tall connect four. Bonus: This house attracts wildlife. Deer come in almost daily and a Hawk has a resting nest in a back tree. I am working on attracting hummingbirds/birds. Bonus 2: 2 Kayaks right on the lake Bonus 3: Tandem 2 person Bicycle Bonus 4: We pay the community entrance fee for all guests Bonus 5: Community has its own walking trail. Follow the red signs on the Main Street. Great for couples, birthdays, girls/gals getaway, and small family vacations. Bonus 6: As of 6/15/23 we have a new maintenance crew that lives in the community for prompt resolutions of any issues (weather and safety permitting) as well as hired additional help. Grass cutting, snow removal, plumbing and electric but please be mindful it’s not a 24/7 hotel :) We want to provide excellent value. We pay for the community entrance fee, unlimited use of our 2 privately owned kayaks, and tandem (2 person) Bike.

loved the house! loved the hot tub! I loved the smell of the house too. it reminded me of going to a spa. All of the lake amenities were closed in the beginning of April, which was kind of a bummer. But we still had a great time. we would love to go back in the summer
Clean cozy place!
Even better than the pictures. Had such a wonderful time it was everything we were hoping for. Iris was very responsive when we had a question. Checking in and out was super easy and there’s plenty of fun amenities provided to have a fun and relaxing time.
Our stay here was wonderful! Everything you need for a weekend getaway - host was responsive and helpful! Their guidebook had lots of great spots to check out in it.
Had a great stay, would recommend for a quiet get away.

This place is closed to everything. Specially if you can take a ride to Jim Thorpe (Mini Switzerland type of town). In the winter specially go in the Xmas Santa Train.
Summer:
Bring wood for fire, mosquito repellent, sunblock, a picnic blanket to seat by the romantic spots in the lake and beach towel.
Walking shoes for your trails, tennis balls , racquets and basketballs for the courts.
Great place to learn to bicycle (its a street that has almost no traffic).

We live in the Poconos grew up in Queens/Brooklyn/Staten Island. Ken and I love creating intentional, whimsical, welcoming and cozy spaces that can help us escape, have fun and connect with nature. We enjoy the jacuzzi / hot tub all year round. We hike or ride on our kayak / canoe and then spend our time BBQing or looking at the deer that come by the house….Mostly you will find me listening to the birds or just doing nothing: lounging, chatting by a fire pit, watching movies, drinking ginger lemon tea.
