my biggest concern was that the AC at location barely works. the bedroom will have during heat season on regular 28-30 degrees with the AC on. this makes it wuite difficult to remain there. living room lacks any AC and seems like it has built in high ceiling with open top. So it's basically having your couch, tv and kitchen in 40 degree airless chamber. Somewhy when asking why it's like that Host said it's because it's Cambodia. No need to say i think that other apartments had normal AC. Even locals said that the apartment is too hot for Cambodia. the look out the window is on construction site. and overall building looks like a seedy motel. No gas for kitchen when i came in. Notified host but because of AC issues seems like we decided not to restock the gas. So no kitchen. bathroom is pretty and nice. Internet speed is good. overall if heat is okay the apartment even though overpriced is livable. but for me i can't think straight if I'm in 30 degree weather all the time.

we lived in these apartments for a month. We were greeted upon check-in, so there were no problems with check-in. The apartment is bright, cozy with a good kitchen. The important criteria for us were the availability of good internet, parking and a kitchen so we could cook. I would like to highlight the manager of Barang, he was very friendly, always in touch and helped when we had difficulties.

Schöne Unterkunft, gemütliches Schlafzimmer und gutes Bett. Der Küche fehlt es leider ein wenig an Ausstattung und ihr braucht auf alle Fälle ein Roller.

We stayed in Jan '24. We could not fault the apartment itself. A perfect little place that is fully functional and felt like a mini home for the nights we we're there. Location is far out from central Siem Reap (around a 10-15 minute drive). As my partner is vegetarian and all the local restaurants/kitchen cafes within walking distance we're all in the local language we found it hard to eat here, however there were plenty of places further away that would deliver. We would agree with a previous review of the noise through the open vents in the kitchen/living room area, could hear a lot of the surroundings during the day/evening (traffic, dogs barking etc.) but it was completely living and the bedroom was quieter once you shut the door. Due to our own plans changing and wanting to be more central than originally thought we cancelled during our stay. Pharith/Barang we're always contactable and helped us within anything we asked for and seemed respectful with our decision to cancel.
