This place was great. Very peaceful and beautiful area that is away from any busy areas yet it is so close to many different things in town. Comfortable, fun, had everything we needed and very accommodating.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was not functioning right until the last night we were there. Eryn was very kind and patient but was consistently texting asking if we would send picture of the hot tub and the different settings that were showing which was getting frustrating when trying to spend time with the family. My cousin woke up with bed bug bites the second day we were there and the owners were notified. Other than that, the rental was clean and well kept Overall, this was a fairly nice place and the location of it was great. Again, the staff was kind and responsive. I would not be opposed to staying here again if I knew things were handled.

The location is amazing, and customer service is on standby always answering, The hot tube worked but the features didn’t work at all it felt like a hot bath, and the bubbles didn’t work on most of the corner seats. I can understand that there are bugs there however when dead bugs are under the bed sheet it’s kinda bad. However, this place is amazing!

I’ll start off with some good things about this property - It was in a beautiful location, the hot tub and campfire were an absolute plus. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen to use for cooking as we try not to eat out. Those things made this experience better! Unfortunately the first thing I noticed right when we entered the house was that none of the carpeted floors were vacuumed, along with the garage door being wide open to the house. I found crumbs and hair on the upstairs kitchen floor along with hair and some urine streaks on the downstairs toilet. It was very unsettling to be met with an envelope to leave a tip for the cleaners “good job” when it was definitely not. Having to pay such an outstanding cleaning fee and not entering a thoroughly cleaned air bnb was upsetting. Had the air bnb been fully cleaned I would have left a much better review.

If you are looking for the perfect getaway where you can feel like you're one with nature on an open mountain valley this is the place. Unfortunately, we utilized Aple Maps to get to this location originally and it almost took us there but led us in the wrong direction on the last street. If you are going to use a navigation system I recommend Ggle Maps. The hot tub was very nice, however, although only 2 seats had jets that worked, it was more than cozy and private. The ability to maintain contact with the property management company was excellent, however, we didn't find the hot tub issue out until after a long day in McCall, and it was our last night but I would definitely book this place again come sun, snow, or rain.
