House was nice and the property was great. The house was surface clean but there were little things, like spider webs everywhere, the yard was mowed but not weed eated (had tall grass around all the porches, looked very rushed or unfinished). Lastly the pots and pans were all in bad shape. They were all scratched and the Teflon was peeling up on most of them.

Great stay only thing is pls add a first aid kit. Rest unit was super clean and everything was working except the living room TV. Thanks loved it

This place is good to stay but the only bad thing is a bit far from hotchatown but rather than that everything was good nice experience.

Walking into the cabin it looked nice, however, I kept running into spiderwebs just walking from room to room. There was lots of dust and spiderwebs/spiders on lamps and furniture. I had to sweep, kill bugs and wipe things down before I could even try to relax. There was a note on the fridge asking us not to adjust the temp, but our food and drinks were not kept very cold, we had better luck using our cooler. I bought popsicles for my daughter, and they never froze even after being in the freezer for 2 1/2 days. The hot tub was clean which we appreciated. There was no fence to keep the neighborhood dogs off the property and though they were really sweet, it made it difficult to grill in peace and when the wind blew in certain directions all we could smell was dog feces. Not really what you want when trying to relax on the back-porch or by the firepit. As others have noted there is no dishwasher. Not the end of the world for us but did want to mention it.

Staying here was nice. Its not as far as i thought it would be from Beavers Bend state park. Its very secluded for sure. The neighborhood looks okay. Loved having the company of the neighborhood dogs and cat. The kids enjoyed it too.
