I absolutely loved this place !! The view from inside and out were amazing . The neighbors are so nice . The beach area right in front of the home is incredible. We had the whole beach to ourselves for 3 days it was amazing!! Myself and my grand daughter were pouting as we said goodbye to the river the morning we checked out . Absolutely we will be coming back I just wish it wasn’t September so it could be sooner verses later . Vallyntyne is the sweetest host I have dealt with and I have stayed in a lot of airbnbs . Thank you Vallyntyne for sharing your home with us 🥰🌴

Everything Vallyntyne has written and described about her River House is 100% true. It was an absolutely Fantastic, Beautiful, Clean, spacious, house. Very well stocked with everything you could want, and well organized. And the views couldn’t be beat. She was also quick to respond to all messages. Vallyntyne is truly a Super Host!! Plus the neighbors were so nice and friendly so we partied with them. We had so much fun and my 93 year old mom rode the SeaDoo’s down the river and looked at all the places she stayed at over the last 68 years. The memories are endless, we will definitely come back. Thank-You Vallyntyne.

This Airbnb was perfect! We had 3 kids with us on this trip and they absolutely loved being able to wake up in the morning and walk right out into the water. The house was beautiful, they had things all around the house for us to use (ie, shower supplies, towles for the beach, detergent for laundry, kitchen utensels, cookware etc.). Our host was very engaging, quick to respond and immensely helpful. We had a wonderful time and look forward to having a return trip :)

Excellent stay! We loved everything about this home! The home offers a gorgeous view from inside and out. We enjoyed the beach and the river just steps away. There is plenty of room on the patio for the entire family. The large kitchen has all the utensils and appliances you need! The home was super clean and comfortable. There was plenty of parking, and the boat launch was next door! Vallyntyne was a superb host! She was responsive and extremely gracious! This is our second time visiting Parker, AZ, and we will definitely be coming back to Vallyntyne's home for future visits.

Vallyn takes pride in ownership here. Very responsive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable. Neighbors were great and it felt like a family oriented community and beach-front. This was our second time here and we'll definitely be back!
