This was a delightful find. - room/lodging: Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, great lighting. Make sure to enjoy the terrace, it's divine on a beautiful day. The weekly cleaner was super thorough. - host: Rosie was one of the best hosts I've had- warm, thoughtful, and very responsive. - convenience: 15 minute uber ride to most tourist spots. 2-5 min walk for many local food stalls/cafes. I tried almost every nearby stall, and all were delicious. - noise: very quiet morning/night. A little noise during working hours due to clothing factory next door, but no big deal. - internet: Fast and reliable, ~200/200. Downsides: - the place can get quite cold, especially in the morning - the shower pressure is weak - At night, the lighting is a bit too dim for my taste - At night, there are few walkable food options under 10 minutes Ultimately, I greatly enjoyed this place, it had a wonderful balance of livability, convenience, and an amazing host.

La casa muy limpia, tiene todo lo necesario, muy buena vista, la anfitriona súper accesible a la hora de mi llegada el acceso súper fácil de llegar, en una zona muy tranquila. La recomiendo al 100%.

This was my second long-term stay at Rosy's. I stayed five months, then two more in this stay. Rosy is not only a Superhost, but also the very best Superhost out of more than 50 that I've stayed with. Everything was perfect, as described. The beautiful view from the private deck of the Popocapetyl and Itzziccuahtl volcanos was spectacular on clear days. Perfect weekly housekeeping, water deliveries for a small cost, pick-up and delivery of wash and fold laundry for an excellent extra fee. Rosy responded to any request, even referred me to a great dentist. You absolutely cannot go wrong staying with Rosy.

Rosy has been the greatest host I ever stayed with on AirBnb. I've stayed in between 40 and 50 Airbnbs, most for between one and 3+ months. Rosy is like the concierge at a five-star hotel. Kind, warm, friendly, super helpful. The best. This has been a 5 month stay, which I am extending another 7 weeks. The place is just as in the photos and description. Only better. There are many perks not mentioned. The best is a private deck with an umbrella and small table which gives a beautiful view of the erupting Popocapetyl volcano (25 miles away) and dormant Itzziccuahtl next to it. Rosy has helpers on the property who provide great services. Perfect weekly maid service has been included. Water bottles are delivered weekly for a nominal extra fee. Laundry can be sent to a local place and returned the next day for a very good price and small tip. I put garbage outside my door, and it disappears immediately. All perfect.
