This is the second time our family has stayed here. We love staying here. It’s a great space for a great price. The house has all the amenities and is very clean. Great place to hang out with the family. It’s close to a walking/biking path. The only downside (not the fault of the listing) is all beaches within walking distance are private. Also, close to skiing, sledding, hiking, breweries, and Reno and Truckee. On a safety note: I really liked that each floor has fire safety ladders. We would definitely stay again.

We ended up arriving really late on a Friday night but thanks to the check-in instructions we were easily able to find the place and check in. It is a beautiful home and was exactly what it was in the pictures. We were traveling with a 2 year old and the kitchen was stocked (they even had an instapot !) with pretty much anything you'd need to cook which was super helpful. The home felt really cozy, was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were great and very responsive which we do appreciate. Would definitely be back here in the future if we stay in north Tahoe!

This property is a gem not just because of it's location but because of the attention to details. Our group loves to cook and the kitchen had everything from multiple heavy duty pots and pans down to Ziploc bags, aluminum foil and food containers for leftovers. We have stayed at properties that "claim to be fully stocked" and actually only provide a couple of beat up pans, no basic spices and a lack of dish soap. The unit is beautifully updated with a modern alpine vibe and very clean. The sofas have vacuum lines, the refrigerator is spotless and they provide you a place to put your outdoor shoes. Parking is easy and the unit has a covered porch so you can unload comfortably during inclement weather. A tip is to use "Entrance Number 2" when reaching the complex. You are close to skiing (Diamond Peak & Mt Rose), snowshoeing at Chickadee Ridge and Sand Harbor, which is beautiful even in winter. We enjoyed having use of the fireplace and there was plenty of room to spread out.

Well appointed and maintained lodging for our family. We enjoyed our stay a great deal. Especially happy that the condo staff was so proactive clearing snow from walkways and parking areas during a significant snow storm. Would stay again!

Condo is in a great location in Incline Village that's easy to get in and out of. Very close to the lake to Diamond Peak. It's a very cozy, comfortable place that aligned well with the description. Layout was a little cramped downstairs and we felt the place could have been a little cleaner (but these were relatively small things). The property management company was very responsive and helpful. We would stay again.
