位置一流上10号公路极其方便，超市和生活设施走路即可，公寓和停车很安全，房东回复很快并解决问题。唯一的问题是楼板不隔音，楼上的动静影响睡眠。

This is probably one of the better Airbnb's in Monterey Park. All the linens are clean, they provide good kitchen amenities, and the decor is nicely chosen. However, with that said, the property is lacking on some maintenance issues surrounding the electrical in the apartment. There are outlets that don't provide power, many of the light switches don't seem to work, and one cover plate was missing. The apartment is due for some paint touch up and a shower curtain rod. We unfortunately also stayed while a leak from the upstairs neighbor make it's way down into the half bath. Hopefully that gets remedied before more guests arrive. Overall a solid 4 star place and again one of the top Airbnb's in the area. Just needs a handyman to bring it back into 5 star territory.
