Donovan’s place was a nice all around stay. It was a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Baltimore. The houses location is a great as you are surrounded by nearby stores and restaurants for your daily needs. All in all, I was able to focus on what I needed to get done and I would recommend his place to someone else.

This was my very first airbnb experience. I think it was a pretty decent one. Donovan was an excellent host. He was prompt with his responses to my questions and attentive to anything I needed. The room I chose was the master bedroom that had a private bath and came with a queen sized bed and 2 night stands. There were 3 other bedrooms on the first floor excluding the master bedroom. Those rooms had a shared bathroom. The rooms were also smoke free. The kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room were shared with other housemates. I am a female guest and I did share the space with male guests, but they were awesome and I felt comfortable around them during my stay. The location of this place was perfect it is only 20 minutes away from Baltimore city. It is also a very quiet residential neighborhood which I absolutely loved especially after long days at work. Although there were many things I enjoyed about this airbnb I did notice some staining in the carpet in the room I stayed in. Other than that I enjoyed my stay at this airbnb.
