We had a lovely few days away at this pretty little cottage. The village is beautiful and very peaceful and in great proximity to some of the Cotswolds towns we wanted to visit. We arrived late so it was extremely dark but Julie had provided great instructions as to how to access the property which was very helpful - you definitely need a torch if arriving at night. There is a space outside to park whilst you drop your things but then you need to park down the road. The cottage itself was small and cosy which was enough for just the two of us and our small dog. The stairs are very steep so we had to be careful our dog didn’t go up and down them which wasn’t a huge problem for us as we could carry him but something to point out to others just incase. The local pub, Howard Arms, was lovely. We absolutely loved putting the fire on in the evening whilst watching tv! Julie was a great host and very accommodating and overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.

Perfect location to explore the Cotswolds. We had two dogs with us and it was spot on with walks straight from your front door. Julie was a great host and easy to get hold of if needed. The garden is so cute and well looked after. Thank you for the little extras x

Lovely peaceful cottage with a long enclosed garden which was great for our dog. A well-equipped kitchen and a good shower. There is a community village shop/cafe within a 5 minutes walk. There is lots to see and do in the area.
