The Buffalo Room is in Presidents Palace, our large private villa set on a huge flat plot in central Midrand. It is exquisitely modern with a touch of antiquity surrounded by fresh open spaces. A true retreat in the midst of reality, where the animals are children friendly. We offer many additional paid services - you can request meals, book the outdoor heated jacuzzi, the Palace Spa, host a private function with friends or hire the jumping castle. The villa is scattered with cosy corners to sit and read or day dream. It is peaceful and restful. TV's are limited to free up your mind and encourage a relaxed mode. Children will be occupied the entire day with the resident pets which are all friendly. The property is surrounded by high walls and provide privacy. For those who prefer the outdoors, we provide a 150 square meter covered patio area that can accommodate up to 50 people seated and is furnished with a functional braai area. This area is surrounded by a large open garden which can accommodate a tent to extend the seating area. There are other areas for outdoor seating with garden tables and chairs.

It was an amazing stay! I stayed a night for work. Maria, the house keeper was so friendly and helpful. She helped me with a few personal stuff. They even offered a en-suite room for the price of a normal room. Friendly service, easy to access, very clean. Highly recommend

We had a great stay at Roark’s place. His Manager Maria is very sweet and always there to help when needed. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Jhb and Midrand as it is also close to the Gautrain station.
