The house was ok & worked for a short stay. Price was reasonable. There plenty of room for us & the back deck was nice. However, the area didn't feel very safe & was pretty run down. The house was also not as clean as I would have hoped. There was cat hair & cat food on the floor in the back bedroom & bathroom. There was also trash in the yard, on the deck & in some of the closets. The blinds in the middle bedroom were so bent & messed up it let the sun & security lights would shine right through. There was no hand soap or iron (as listed) so we had to purchase those items. There was no propane tank in the firepit, I guess we could have pulled the one from the grill but we didn't want to mess with it. There was no remote to be found for the TV in the back bedroom. There were 4 remotes laying in the middle bedroom but none of them seemed to work for the TV, once we got that one on it would ask for a code to watch the channel. No instructions anywhere. Definitely room for improvement.

Centrally located, was home away from home while our home was being renovated. Heidi was very responsive.

The home accommodated my family really well. The beds were comfortable and the hot water lasted. Sleeping was difficult due to the crime spotters that are on the house. They are SUPER bright and there isn’t one solitary curtain in the entire home. It was extremely annoying. When we pulled out extra blankets for the bed (it was 12 degrees outside), there was long hair wrapped up in it. This tells me they probably weren’t washed between guests. The closets that we pulled them from had trash and all sorts of clutter in the bottom. Not a deal breaker but it was off putting.

Overall a nice place to stay. It is on a busy street, but overnight traffic was lighter and not a problem. Bedrooms were a nice size, and we liked having a fenced in backyard for the dogs. The layout of the house was nice, and nicely furnished.
