自我介绍

My friends call me Lindy or Lindy Loo. I was lucky enough to call my home Airlie Beach and spent my childhood growing up in a tropical paradise. I was a kid armed with no more than a swimming costume and a hat. Spending my time boating, sailing, swimming, snorkelling, so many water activities exploring the amazing coral gardened oceans of The Whitsundays. So very lucky to have called the Islands and Great Barrier Reef our everyday backyard. Airlie Beach offered a vibrant community of travellers from all over the world constantly implanting knowledge, ideas and concepts from all corners of the globe into a heartfelt and safe coastal township. Its diversity supported openness, variety and I learnt opportunity in differences. As the community has progressed like all coastal townships it will always remain warm, welcoming, relaxing, come as you are and leave with a little more sunshine than before. I am so very proud to share this special place as well as my own space to love on you and to enjoy the treasures that lay in The Whitsundays. I do my best to savour our environment and continue to be a better environmentalist each year. As a creatively inspired person many of the things in my home are made with love, by hand or are re-purposed, raw and each have a story or a life of their own. Come, connect with the local knowledge, the environment and with Lily Lamond. If you read, dance, sing, play an instrument, ride a bike, enjoy a bushwalk, love the ocean, like being a part of the action, but also love a peaceful space, are easy going and love the idea of having an outdoor shower, any of these things then you will certainly be at home here and I welcome you with open arms.
