We stayed here for five weeks over Thanksgiving with two young children, and we found the place to be very comfortable. The place was large enough for the four of us with a private backyard and lots of privacy. Our kids loved playing with the chickens, playing on the beach (large sand box) with included sand toys! It snowed and there were sleds for sledding. Ranger the resident dog was a frequent visitor, and very good with my kids. James, the caretaker, was excellent. He was very responsive and provided us with a screwdriver, ball pump, and requests during our stay. Dave and Linda are gracious and thoughtful hosts who really try to make your stay comfortable. For example upon arrival, they provide a bottle of wine and breakfast (and coffee) for the next day. Nice touches, and just what you need after a long day of travel. We loved it and hope to visit again.

This place is so fabulous! Such a wonderful spot and Dave/Linda are incredibly helpful and have little incredible touches all over the property (smores, fresh eggs from the roaming chickens, fire pits with marshmallow roasters/wood/paper etc). The lake is amazing and kids and adults all love it. They have done an incredible job making this place so special and they are easy and wonderful to communicate with. Thanks again!

If you're looking for a perfect place near Boise Idaho, then look no further! This amazing getaway located in Eagle is wonderful and provides unique amenities inclusive of a private pond and zipline. Dave and Linda are some of the best hosts you will find on ABnB. The stay itself was just as described and all that you could ask for in a stay, especially being there for a month. We were sad to leave, but definitely enjoyed our time and if we're ever back in the area, we'll be sure to swing by even if only for a quick zip across the pond!

We had a great experience with Dave and Linda’s accommodations . We would recommend highly, and will stay here again ourselves. The unit was cozy, clean and comfortable. They gave us some farm fresh eggs, bacon, and muffins to enjoy for breakfast, as well as a nice bottle of wine. The property is awesome with the lake, and tons of trout. Would be great for the family. Can’t say enough good things. Thank you Dave and Linda. You were wonderful hosts. By the way, this was our first trip using Airbnb’s, and you provided an excellent experience.
