We stayed at the Pamplemouse Villa, booked through Property Ink. Booking was smooth, contract and details on the house were emailed promptly. There was a concierge assigned to our group. Communication was via Whats App and it was super easy. They were proactive about the contact and responded very quickly. The villa is amazing. It is large, the common spaces like the kitchen, living room, outside dinning, and pool are large, clean, modern, and beautiful. The view is amazing, you watch the sunset over the sea from the comfort of your very private villa. The pool is large. The territory is beautiful. There are three master bedrooms/rooms, two smaller rooms, and one master bedroom was actually a two-bedroom. There are two housekeepers who come daily and clean the whole villa. They do such a great job that when we arrived a day later then the rest of the group, I wasn't sure that anyone even check-ed in. They are very friendly and nice. I would definitely come back to this villa again

Our family spent Christmas in Saint Maarten. Upon booking this property based on the pictures added an additional excitement to a our trip. The property, the grounds, and its location were breath taking and picturesque. Immediately, my family felt safe and at home during our vacation. It is evident that the property has been around for awhile and could benefit from some modern enhancements in the kitchen, bedrooms, and pool area to better accommodate both European and American visitors. For a property this size and its cost factor, the amenities should include chef and butler services. Guests of the property should have access to towels, napkins, tissue, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, and cleaning utensils during their stay. Detailed/deep cleaning of the property is essential for maintaining the property's beauty and open feel.
