The place was amazing! We had a great time, every room in the house was perfect for a group of nine. We had everything that we needed to cook or enjoy our time when we were at home. The beach is very very close and the neighborhood is quite quiet. We can't complain, we enjoyed it. Thank you!!

our experience was marred by being unable to contact the host on the Sunday (following our Friday check in) when the gas ran out whilst cooking breakfast. No hob or BBQ made this challenging. As the gas heated the water this also meant cold showers, not such a big deal in summer but still a bit bracing. Basically 2 days of a 7 day holiday were spent “sorting” issues, communication was awful with no response to messages left and no one available to take calls. I’m led to believe this is due to a recent Changeover in property management company however it is important for customers to be able to contact the company when things go wrong. Location was great, quiet neighborhood and lovely outlook with wildlife including Tawny Frog Mouths, the odd wallaby, and black cockatoos. Loads of space, a lovely pool and an extremely well equipped kitchen with premium appliances.

Really great house, vey spacious and it comfortably accommodated three generations for the three nights that we stayed. Great location, very stylish and great spaces Would definitely stay at The Dunes again. If you want to stay reach out directly to Prestige Holiday Homes in Noosa and save ya self a few bucks
