Outstanding location - it is easy to go to the centre of the town which is about 10 -15 mins driving distance away. Also it's easy to go either north to reach the Cape Wickham or down to the south look out. Room with a view has never been so applicable - there is no proper word to describe how amazing the view it is. I can stay in the lounge for the whole day to watch the sea and the rock without doing anything. Good facilities and a good host - Sam is helpful and easy to contact when needed. The instruction he gave before the trip is useful. Highly recommend this place in summary. The accommodation makes me want to go back to KI again!

The house was simply extraordinary, the best holiday home I have ever stayed in. beautiful, well-appointed, almost 360-degree views, extremely private. The provisions were above an beyond and simply so generous. Sam's communication was clear, helpful and timely. In sum, perfection. We will be back with the entire family to stay in Sam's 3 bedroom house! Thank you for having us!

We splurged on this place to celebrate our wedding anniversary and fell in love with it. It really is as stunning, if not more, than the photos show, and Sam was an absolute super host. Had great suggestions before hand for restaurants to book into, ask questions to personalise the food provided for us, provided suggestions for day trips during the stay and checked in to make sure everything was as planned. The place was so wonderful, we seriously could have just stayed at the house the whole time. Thank you Sam, we can’t wait to come over again.

The setting speaks for itself! Absolutely breathtaking views, quiet, private, serene. I felt right at home, plenty of naps to the sound of the ocean, red wine whilst watching the sunset and an evening cooking King Island beef on the BBQ - absolute bliss!
