Camp style lodging right on the water. Can't beat the location as you are literally right on top of the water. The cabin has nice sunrise and moon views. Geese, ducks and other wildlife come to visit daily on the property and are fun to watch. This was good for our family of 4, I think we would have been cramped with anymore people. Bring plenty of towels, pillows, sheets as well as any cooking supplies such as spices, oils, coffee, plastic and aluminum foil etc as these are not provided. Mark was a great host and was very helpful and friendly.

Very nice little cabin right on the lake! One of the best perks was coffee on the deck overlooking the lake. The view was amazing and we had a loon and several ducks that would swim by. Mark met us when we got there and walked us through the cabin and was very polite and responsive with any questions or needs. Definitely a little gem on the lake with a wonderful history!

Great place to stay on the chain! Boat slip steps from your couch looking out a big picture window. Plenty of cooking and plates for cooking and grilling. We will be back next August. Sheboygan family

great place, eagle river is a very busy area but this cabin is in a quiet area. Mark was easy to work with and fixed two minor problems instantly otherwise we didn't see him even though he lives on the property. Highlights for us was the private boat launch, large dock with power, the two decks, one facing the lake and the other facing the yard which had deer in everyday. Also enjoyed being able to swim with our dogs right out the door. fishing was good. definitely will be back.

Positive Things to Note: You are RIGHT on the water on a great chain, you have the ability to have a boat dropped off and waiting for you, location is fantastic. Negative Things to Note: This is a one room cabin (with a kitchen) that is small. We had five there for half the week and felt right on top of each other, when two of my kids left, the three of us worked well in the space-just realize it is one small room and you will be very close for your stay-probably shouldn't be marketed as capacity of 6 people-no idea how you would do that. Also don't love the cameras watching all outside areas-we like our privacy, this feature should be noted before you pay and get there, not afterwards.
