I only held two concerns during my stay: First, the owner of the home wanted to schedule gardeners to work around the house for the entire duration of my stay. Though this may work for people who plan to be gone from the house majority of the day, it wasn't something that my family was comfortable. However, after discussing with the management team they were able to have the owner reschedule. Which was great. Additionally, 2 of us were staying in one of the smaller homes and were kept awake by the sound of mice in the walls/kitchen. We moved into a separate little house in the middle of the night just to come across the same issue. We found mouse droppings in the house and previously laid out mouse traps, suggesting this is an ongoing issue. The team brought additional traps on the same day upon request. I understand that this house is in the middle of a field surrounded by wild life, & the team was extremely helpful/responsive, it's just something that lowered my rating a slight bit.

The ranch was an incredible property for my business retreat for a total of 8 people. Each of the casitas are very comfortable well equipped. The main house was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy four days of meetings and fun. It was too cold for the pool and hot tub, but it was such a pretty setting. The outdoor kitchen, bar and firepit was put to use every night and enjoyed by all. Nobody had a single complaint about the beds and everyone said they slept great out there. We loved and and will probably be back again.

Great house for a big group! Plenty of amenities for everyone to feel comfortable. The host responded very quickly and was very helpful for any issues that might have came up.

The property was amazing! The house & casitas were beautiful with gorgeous furnishings and amenities. It was a perfect set up for our family. We will definitely be back!
