We loved staying here. We were staying with family so it was a nice place to get together and play games, etc. Great location close to pubs and restaurants.

Ash's place was beautiful. We felt right at home, and the location was ideal, very close to downtown. However, we experienced some issues with the shower not working upon arrival. We contacted the hosts to ask if somebody could come fix it, but they guided us through multiple steps to try to fix it ourselves instead, which included going back to the airbnb while we were out in town for the day. We were disappointed that they could not get a property manager to come fix it for us. We were gladly able to fix it in the end. Despite the shower issues, I would recommend Ash's place for a cozy and comfortable weekend in downtown Fredericton.

Overall this was a very cute place and close to downtown. It was a cute space and was very home like! Negative to this unit was the cleanliness, I Found a dirty cup located on top of the bed and previous Stains in the bed sheets
