My husband and I spent 2 months at Charlene's place, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She obviously put a lot of thought into making it comfortable, with a well-supplied kitchen, hangars, and drawers and shelves to store our things. Besides that, it's located in our favorite neighborhood. Communication was excellent. It's one of the best places we have stayed, and we highly recommend it.
My family and I absolutely LOVED being in Charlene’s Cottage Home. It truly felt like home away from home. All essentials were provided I mean ALL. There is a NY style pizza place 3 min away that literally sold the best chicken we’ve ever had. So good we ate it 2 days in a row. We had the chance to ride the bikes provided by Charlene over to dairy inn which was like a 5 min bike ride to get some ice cream. Whenever I am in st.Petersburg I will for sure keep this home in mind. Everything was perfect and Charlene was even better. Thank you so much for being such a great host.
Charlene was a great host. Readily available. Her cottage was clean cozy & well located. Charlene was gracious & very easy to work with! We had a lovely stay & would definitely stay there again!
This was a terrific Airbnb!! We wish we could stay again but it is booked up with good reason.
This cottage is a great! This neighborhood is very beautiful and walkable / bike-able. Other properties are much more expensive, so this was a great value. Plus, it’s rare to find a kind bed (which was very comfortable). The beach chairs provided were awesome. The kitchen is really well-appointed. Enjoying a coffee in the tropical backyard or peaceful front porch is lovely. Charlene was a fantastic host and very responsive. Checking in/out and anything we needed during our stay was a breeze! Just note the lower price accurately reflects that this place is a bit older. Low ceilings/not much light, lower water pressure, generally more outdated. Everything worked, it was clean, and we would still highly recommend it. But if things like that bother you, better to pay a premium to stay in a more modern/new property.

My husband, daughter, and I live in St Petersburg, which has been our home for 3 1/2 years now. We love the area, beaches, lifestyle and the fact that St Petersburg is a city but it's not too big and is easy to get around. I'm a Freelance Social Media and Marketing Manager who works from home. We are originally from New Zealand and came to the USA for my husband's work. We love to travel, we have seen most of the USA and Canada, also many other countries in this wonderful world! Our last trip was 6 weeks in NZ last year to see our 2 older daughters. I enjoy hosting guests and did so in our home in NZ for 5 years before coming here. I love for people to enjoy a relaxed 'home away from home' environment that I have created.
