Sam was very quick to respond on the several occasions we needed info quickly. The room felt private and safe, despite it being located on a fairly busy street. There were many good restaurants within a close walkable distance of Sam's place.

This place was great! It is private and peaceful. Easy to get in and out of, honestly great deal price wise compared to the hotels in that area. Sam went above and beyond as a host. The shower is really nice and the Brita filter was a nice touch! We loved staying there and are grateful for Sam’s hospitality. Super easy to WFH there and close to wedding venues in the area!

First, we had no instructions on how to unlock the door, and when we messaged him, we got no response. we finally figured it out by ourselves. Then we discovered there was no way to deadbolt the door from the inside. Secondly, the bedspread and pillows were drab, and the whole place smelled old and mildewy. Third, there was no coffee pot on the coffee maker. Fourth, we had to walk into the shower and let the water run until it got warm. Fifth, we killed six spiders in just a few hours' time, and I was bit by one. Sixth, someone was leaf blowing early in the morning. We decided to leave that morning before we even slept. It was when the owner saw us leaving that he finally asked if we got into the room ok. There was a used tube of toothpaste in a drawer with no lid. The towels looked like they weren't washed. The owner blocked the sidewalk leading to the entrance with his car and blocked the only safe exit from the property. We were forced to back out of the driveway onto a busy street
