The whole stay seemed like we were staying in our own house. All amenities were there as shown and more too. There is a small market area nearby within 50 meters where you can purchase all daily groceries etc. Kshama is a very responsive host who takes genuine and personal care of her property and the guests. We would love to stay here again in the future.. Thanks

We have stayed here for over a month. We had a very pleasant stay. Everything is there in the flat. The area is super quiet and you can find all the essentials right on the street, so daily shopping was convinient. Kshama was always very responsive and helpful.

It’s always a pleasure to come back to Kshama’s place. We have come here so many times, it feels like another home in Pune. It takes us less than an hour to unpack and just chill. Everything is done beforehand and provided and makes life so much easier. Would live to stay here again.

The place is exactly as described, quiet & calm. Great place to come & relax from your busy life. Kshama is a courteous & responsive host. Our stay here was our yearly visit to India with our toddler boy. Though with actual families in Pune, this time we decided not to live for 4 weeks out of the suitcase. The flat is spacious & huge which I couldn't make out from the pics. I got good space and closets to keep all our stuff with no clutter of luggage bags. The amenities with maid and cleanliness overall is good. We as family was not happy with the seating arrangement in the living room, it was made of cane not great if you have toddlers around. Nor it is comfortable for adults when the cushions are slipping away. We were here during 2023 worldcup semi/finals and for the huge space the TV is too small. The place is great for short stay to relax/leisure time that doesn't need a big TV. I believe for longer stays the place needs up keep to make it worth what is we paid for.
