I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful lakeside retreat with a covered patio. The experience was truly delightful. The location was serene and picturesque, offering stunning views of the lake. The rooms were exceptionally neat and tidy, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen was a bonus, allowing us to prepare our meals while enjoying the tranquil surroundings. This lakeside stay offered the perfect blend of natural beauty and modern comfort, making it an ideal getaway for those seeking relaxation and a connection with nature. Highly recommended!

The home was absolutely perfect for our 3-generation family getaway. The fenced backyard is perfect for children and pups- it’s secure but does not obscure the gorgeous views of the lake. It’s very close to lake Catherine, 30 minutes in to Hot Springs and Garvan Gardens, and about 10 minutes to the State park where we hiked to a beautiful waterfall. The dock is perfect for fishing. The porch is a show stopper! We enjoyed the gas fire pit in the evenings and saw beavers 🦫swimming by after dark. There also is a wood fire pit in the yard. We played corn hole on the lawn and took turns using the kayaks (even in mid October). The house itself is well laid out with a large kitchen for gathering, and the bedrooms are spaced out for privacy, each with a full bathroom. The mattresses and furniture were extremely comfortable. Brooke checked on us throughout the stay to ensure we were taken care of. We had a brilliant experience and would not hesitate to come back! Perfect for Thanksgiving 😊🦃
