I loved this little place. It's just so incredibly cozy. As other reviewers have noted, it's very small but doesn't feel cramped. And the way it is tucked away behind the main house, surrounded by foliage, with its private courtyard and firepit, makes you feel like you're in your own private hideaway. It was perfect during my visit, which was very cold and rainy (I loved hearing the rain on the roof). It's very quiet at all times of the day and night -- combined with the extremely comfortable bed, I got a great night's sleep AND a fantastic nap! All appliances and the Wi-Fi worked well, and I loved the little touches. Literally 2 seconds after I was lamenting the fact I had forgotten to bring my slippers, I looked down and saw a pair of slippers waiting for me. Communication was prompt, clear, and helpful. No oppressive house rules. I'll definitely stay here again.

Staying with Bryan, Shirley, and Josh was like meeting new family members. We so enjoyed whenever we had contact with them. We couldn't stop talking together. We live nearby in Berkeley so we know we'll be seeing them in the future. A gem of a find. Len and Anna

Came to escape the busy city life and celebrate our anniversary. It was raining but loved the experience, very private. We rode our bikes all around the coastal route, even out to Pacifica. I loved the private patio area where we could pass our bikes through without being disruptive. The bungalow was spacious enough for us to keep our bikes on the deck to keep them from getting wet. Loved, loved, loved!

The walk into the place was so inviting and private. The 1st step inside we fell in love with this place. It was the little touches they had made us feel cared for games, the woodwork, the fireplace worked even with the heat. Wasnt a fan for the 2 shower heads tho. We will be coming back. It was perfect for us.
