The location was great. The outdoor area was perfect for spending time outside. Our issue came when we tried to use the water. It was not working at first then it was a very slow trickle. We notified them right away and we were told we would be contacted when somebody could come out to look at the issue. That never happened. I contacted them the next day. Their response was that the local manager didn’t respond. They never fixed the issue even though we told them we were unable to shower while there. We had young kids playing in the sand and swimming. Not being able to shower was an issue. I felt like for the price we paid this wasn’t an acceptable answer. While I understand things happen and the water issue was out of their control. I was upset at the fact that once we told them they didn’t come and fix the problem. It was really unfortunate because it was a cool spot but I would never return or recommend based on how they handled the situation.
