Myself and 2 dogs just had a wonderful 3 night stay at Granary Cottage. The cottage was lovely, clean, comfortable, tidy with all you could need and more in terms of facilities. I felt the house was very homely and cosy. The pretty and private enclosed garden was great for the dogs and the surrounding gardens are beautiful. It was handy having off road and safe parking for the car. Location is good too, in the mid of gorgeous countryside so some fab close walks but also near to shop and pubs. All of this made for a fabulous stay but the highlight for me were the hosts who were so thoughtful and accommodating and went beyond expectations. A vast array of produce was conveniently left and Jacqui was incredibly flexible about my check in and out times which was really convenient and meant I felt I had a really lovely break and it was great value for money. Both Jacqui and Nick were friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend. I hope to stay again.
The Granary is cosy and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. We particularly appreciated the eggs, bacon, bread, yogurt, milk and strawberries!
We found the accommodation adequate for our needs. It was clean, tidy and very well equipped. Jacqui was kind enough to leave us a well stock fridge.
Jacqui and Nick were lovely to meet, very friendly with great communication before arrival. We chose this Cottage for the location and also being dog friendly and it couldn't have been a better choice, the dogs loved the large private garden to explore and cuddled upto the open fireplace in the evenings. lots of places to visit or walk. facilities were good with some welcome groceries provided. Check out was relaxed and not rushed as we had until 11am, unlike some that want you gone by 10am. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
