Justa was nice and friendly, could reach her very quick. The housekeeper and the neighbor living in the small house in the same plot is very kind, happy and helpful. Very nice to get to know them. The area is safe and have a lot of stores around to shop. Most of them didn’t give me ridiculous prices. A couple of things to note: The location is quite different from what is shown in the map. Its more in the middle of Sinza as is said in the instruction. 30min on (my short) foot to Mlimani City Mall and even more to UDSM and to Morogoro road for the rapid bus, which I would say not walkable. The place is a little complicated with only few landmarks, so often, UBER driver could not find me. (especially since most of them, they cant read maps). And although she lent you the whole house, there will be your neighbor (sometimes with his friends) sharing the kitchen/living room and food. They are very funny and nice people, wont make you feel lonely if you are on your own. But if you want your private space, quiet with no disturbance, only for your own (which could be a bit difficult in Tanzania), you should consider or discuss with Justa. It says it comes with a breakfast but I didnt get any (which was totally fine with me), but when booking, its better to confirm how its arranged. There are no generator so when you have power cut, you wont have electricity. The modern big kitchen is really nice. The housekeeper can do his job very well and keep the house nice and tidy all the time. Great thanks to Michael, John, Eliud, and Justa. I would love to come back again!

I highly recommend staying at Justa's place! Sinza is a very lively, authentic neighborhood with lots of fruit and vegetable stalls, small restaurants and very friendly people. Location is great and close to the university but a little bit further from the city centre. We felt welcome from the very first second. Thanks again, also especially to John, Helen, Maviki ad of course Justa!

We loved staying at the Sinza House. It is a beautiful and cozy place. A bit complicated to find at first, but located close to the main road in Sinza. Justa was a great host and made sure to arrange everything that was needed. There is a guard and housekeeper on the premise that greatly added to our stay. And comes with a nice breakfast. A few things to note: the house has a nice flat screen TV with no connected service provider. However, if you put movies on a flash drive you are able to enjoy the tv. And there are actually little shows in Dar that you can buy such movies for a cheap price. A modern kitchen to use if you would like to cook. Just beware that currently the oven and fridge are not working. But the stovetop is just fine. Overall, we had a nice stay and would stay there again!
