Needed help late at night and Marnie helped immediately. She also offered to drive 5 minutes at 8 am with no hesitation. Very accommodating.

Marnie was an incredible hostess! From the moment you walk in the door you know you are in a welcoming environment. The room was clean and cozy, I had everything I needed and felt comfortable coming and going from the peaceful house & neighborhood. I appreciated her attention to detail & the heated blanket on the bed, it made my sleep even more peaceful. And if you are a cat lover, you will be missing your own kitty a little less with the sweet cat sharing the home with Marnie. Marnie is very attentive and thoughtful and within the first hour of being there I was already thinking of another reason to make my way to NH simply to be able to stay there again! If you are looking for a home away from home - this is the place to stay!

It was the perfect spot for a one night stay. Marnie was very helpful and friendly. She was kind accommodating my requests. She has a very beautiful garden filled with bird houses which I hope she collects rent from lol. Not sure what else is in the area for tourists but was a great stop on my way into Maine.

I had an excellent stay at Marnie's home. It was very comfortable and she was very hospitable. The room is lovely and clean. It made a great base to explore the area (historic Andover, Amesbury, Hampton are all fairly short drives away). I highly recommend this home for your stay.
