Bon logement. Par contre pas d'eau chaude les premiers jours, être obligé de faire couler l'eau pendant au moins 5 min pour avoir de l'eau tiède. Le ballon d'eau chaude n'est pas assez gros pour la capacité d'accueil de la villa. Nous avons eu beaucoup de choses qui ne fonctionnaient pas à signaler en arrivant. Nous avons donc eu la surprise de voir arriver dès 9h du matin et sans être prévenu des personnes de l'agence. C'est arrivé 3 jours de suite. Tout de même l'agence est très réactive. C'est seulement dommage de ne pas avoir d'état des lieux avant d'arriver pour signaler les choses casser dans la villa.

Agence universal holiday centre au top. Disponible joingnable facilement, très réactifs, accueil extra. Pour la maison nous avons passé un agréable séjours en famille. La maison est superbe dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. Cependant la maison est vieillissante. Cuisine et salles de bain méritant un bon rafraîchissement ( porte de douche cassée, fenêtre de salle bain manquant des morceaux ainsi que la corniche du plafond) Ustensils de cuisine à changer. Problème électrique. Très belle piscine mais avec de la mosaique abîmée. Barbecue de la cuisine d'été !!!! Maison idéale pour 8 personnes maximum avec pour les lits simple à conseiller pour des enfants ou adultes pas trop grand, par contre lits faient à l'arrivée avec linge très propre et literie de qualité confortable. Dommage que cette maison ne soit pas bien entretenue car c'est une très jolie maison avec un bel extérieur malheureusement également vieillissant.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa; die Villa ist stilvoll eingerichtet, verfügt über einen gepflegten Außenbereich/ Garten mit Pool und Barbecue. Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben; sogar noch besser könnte man fast sagen - von der Veranda hat man eine schöne Sicht auf den Garten und Pool. In der Nacht ist das Klima sehr angenehm und man kann auf der Veranda die Stille der Nacht genießen. Auch am Tag ist das Klima sehr angenehm; die Klimaanlage haben wir nie genutzt. Die Villa befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage; man ist jedoch in nur wenigen Minuten in Cambrils bzw. am Strand. Supermärkte befinden sich in der Nähe, so dass man sich in der großen Küche sehr gut selbst versorgen kann. Mit Kindern kann man hier eine sehr schöne Zeit verbringen; wir waren mit zwei Familien vor Ort und hatten alle einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir waren uns alle einig, dass wir jederzeit wieder kommen würden. Besten Dank an den Gastgeber.

This is an excellent constructed property. It is well designed so that the inside remains cool, but the outside is not covered by shade. Due to this the air-con was not particularly essential (despite staying in the middle of summer), but was nice to take off the edge of the heat in the evening. The pool and surrounding areas are magnificent. There is a large al-fresco dining area next to the BBQ. I believe you will struggle to find better for a 4 bedroom villa in the area. The property benefits from ample bathrooms and toilets for the number of guests. The water pressure was great and hot water was ample. The villa will accommodate 10 guests, although 2 would have to stay in the living area. The property is huge so can easily accommodate 10 guests (or more), but will only comfortably sleep 8 guests. The main issue we experienced was with the electrics. The electric capacity was low so would cause the electric to trip fairly easily, especially when using high usage appliances such air-con or cooker (not necessarily at the same time). The village of Boterell is beautiful. It has a couple of essential shops and restaurants, however being in a small village they appear to have very limited opening times so not very convenient (especially if travelling with Children). A convenience store is located in the neighbouring village of Montbrio and is only 2 minute drive. The main town of Cambrills is around 15 minute drive. Salou and La Pineda are around 20 minutes drive.
