Wonderful Airbnb in the most convenient area. Huge terrace, with fantastic views in all directions, is exclusively yours to enjoy morning and night. Just a beautiful Airbnb in a perfect area of Ajijic.

This is a very private estate directly across from the lake and in a neighborhood full of activity. It is very walkable as the main streets for restaurants, bars, shops, music, services, and Lake Chapala Society are within a block or two. The walk up to the carretera is only .3 miles. We parked our car just outside the property door and never had any issues finding parking or with security. I find Ajijic to be a very safe town anyway. Our bedroom was so lovely. Huge windows looking toward the mountains on one side, and huge balcony looking at the lake through the trees on the other side. The breeze coming in from leaving all the windows open was awesome. Roseann and Tony were very friendly. There was a basket of goodies to eat and drink in our room. The two dogs were so cute. Mocha was sweet but Buddah stole our hearts when he had a sleepover in our room one night. He would have ambled away if we asked him to but we liked his company. The bed was SUPER comfy and wifi fast.

Roseann, Tony, and dogs made us feel right at home. The room, and balcony were very spacious, with a beautiful view. The breakfast basket had some fruit and biscuits, and there was a great supply of drinking water. This is a primo location, as it is right by the lake, the Malecon, and lots of restaurants and shops. Roseann and Tony pay attention to the little details to make sure you have everything you need.
