Our family really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was exactly as pictured in the photos - recently constructed , clean and everything worked. The kids were able to play in the small back yard some, including use of the newly built bar as a (pretend) food stand. One suggestion for visitors would be to bring paper plates or something to clean dishes with as there is no mechanical dishwasher ;)

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Being familiar with the Lake Como area, we knew where we wanted to be and this location was perfect. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and even than we expected (toilet paper, paper plates, hand soap, garbage bags, etc.). Perfect distance to the beach for us even though we visited in early May.

It was a lovely home away from home for the holidays! Very convenient to the shore and to my son's home in Spring Lake. The colder weather precluded our spending much time with the outside amenities but they were available to us as outlined in the listing. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating to any of our requests. A great beach home! We are looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy all the area has to offer.
