Not a bad place close to mall , host is very friendly and accomodating, the only issue is checking in it took us 2 hrs to check in maybe because the paperwork are not ready the time we check in. Other than that its a awsome place.

Very welcoming and lovely host. The location is amazing as well. It just saddens me that we had to move out cause there was cockroaches on the bed, kitchen and behind the couch

- Hosts were kind and accommodating. We did late check-in due to the flight schedule but they were willing to wait for us until 2am. Also, we had to do late checkout for 30min, but they kindly accepted, which we appreciated. Helper was kind too. - The check-in process and cleanliness could be improved. For the check-in, Advisory Form was requested by the guard and the receptionist. I was not informed and wasn’t even sure what it was. And we were asked to leave IDs, which was also not informed ahead. Took a while to check in.. - The parking is right beside the room. It was very convenient. -

Highs: Location of the unit is at the ground floor and has parking right by the unit. Easy access to pools. Secured area. Azure Residences is a nice staycation place within MM. Lows: Better communication of co-host to guests. We requested for early check in and appreciate he allowed 2pm instead of 3pm however we got in the unit past 2:30pm. At 1pm, I was trying to get hold of the co-host but number was out of reach. He responded via sms close to 2pm that the caretaker was on her way to Azure and that the check in time is 2:30pm. Had we been advised that the caretaker will be late, we could’ve spent our time somewhere instead of waiting in the card with a baby. Kept going back to the ground floor reception to check if the caretaker of the unit has arrived because the contact number wasn’t provided. Since the caretaker was late, she obviously checked the unit as fast as she can. The garage had trash left by previous guest. The floor unit was dusty/dirty that we had to sweep it. Bed linen was wrinkled.
