Very nice rustico both inside and outside. Very well equipped kitchen and easy check in and out
Ein gemütliches Haus in dem man sich wohlfühlen kann. Es ist alles da, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass es 2 Badezimmer hatte. Der Kamin ist genial. Ideal für Menschen, welche für sich sein wollen. Einfach Ruhe und Kuhgebimmel. Es gibt sehr schöne Wanderwege und sogar ein Restaurant weiter oben, in welchem man einfach aber gut essen kann.
We had a wonderful stay at this house in Leontica - the views of the snow capped mountains were stunning and felt nice and remote without being too far away from supermarkets. We found it a perfect location to stay to get to the climbing areas of Chironico (30 mins), Cresciano (30 mins) and a little further to Brione (1hr 15 mins). Communication was always easy with Eva at InterChalet (agency) before our stay and with Ursula (property manager) during our stay. The house is well equipped but could do with a washing machine. It was perfect for us (4 adults and 2 infants). Note that the house is mainly heated by the log fire. There are also electric heaters available, however, the fuse box is VERY sensitive so will not allow too many appliances working at the same time (which became a little frustrating). In addition, once you add on all the extra charges e.g. taxes, electricity, fire wood, bedding and towel costs, we had to pay another ~50% of the cost on departure (400 CHF for 10 days). However, it was still good value for money (given it is Switzerland) and would highly recommend staying here. We hope to come back again sometime!
