Pobyt u Cristiny to miejsce odmienne niż inne, jeśli lubisz spokój z dala od zgiełku to jest to. Ale nie brak tu niczego, jest spory basen, taras przed i za domem - właściwie poczujesz się jak w swoim domku letniskowym. Cristina jest bardzo sympatyczną gospodynią. Przed przyjazdem dostaliśmy wszystkie potrzebne informacje a zameldowanie przebiegło bez problemów. Zostawiła tez dla nas pyszne wino i podarowała nam typowe kanaryjskie sosy - czerwony i zielony. Nam i dzieciom spędzony tam czas minął szybko i bardzo przyjemnie - dziękujemy.

Très belle maison avec une hôtesse chaleureuse qui sait rendre par quelques touches personnelles le séjour merveilleux ; très bon emplacement en recul mais proche d’une plage pour ceux qui veulent changer de la piscine; accès facile pour la découverte de l’île; nous recommandons fortement xxx

We’ve stayed at Villa Barrica for almost three weeks and it was everything we’ve hoped for. The villa has everything you need - the bedrooms are spacious with enough closets. The living room is perfect, during the cold evenings we enjoyed the cozy wood stove. Even though there are two other villas located (left and right from the villa), this never bothered us since you have enough privacy in the front and back garden. The location is very quiet but still 20 mins drive away from the coast and perfect if you’re looking for some peace of mind! Great location for exploring the island. The pool area is amazing, even though the pool is not heated we ended up using it a lot (in January!) The garden is well maintained and the view is amazing. With two outer gates securing the property we felt very safe. Nieve brought us lovely Spanish omelettes and was super nice! Everything was more than perfect. Thank you again for everything Cristina. We highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Such a lovely stay. Cristina was always on hand if needed. We stayed in ‘Lagar’ and ‘Barrica’ for a 14 nt stay with our 3 children aged 10,10 and 6. We had a few difficulties finding the villa as arrived late at night. Just a tip, as you drive into ‘Arico’ drive up through the town and at the second zebra crossing there is a sign for ‘La Malvasia,’ on the right hand side. You need to turn left, drive past the car garage down the track and you will find some green metal gates. Keep going and the second gates will be opened by ‘Nieves’ to welcome you. We felt very safe at the property. We had everything we needed. ‘Nieves’ kindly made us a Spanish omelette as there is not a welcome pack on arrival. This was brilliant for hungry tired children! There is a small supermarket in the village, butcher/bakery open in the morning and a very good chemist and doctors surgery. We liked the ‘Carrifore’ supermarket in Santa Cruise and also the ‘Hiper Dino’ at Siam mall. Local little beaches were okay, but kids liked the beach in Santa Criise with the golden sand. We did have other families staying in the other properties when we were there, but they all have their own tables and chairs outside, so this was fine. If you were 3 families and rented the whole place it would work well. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property and lovely owner who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Only improvement would be to heat the pool more as it was cold for the children in October/November. Probably fine in the summer months? Hope to come back one day, thank you!

Una maravilla de casa, amplia, luminosa, práctica e histórica. Situada a unos 20 minutos del aeropuerto sur de Tenerife y a 45 del de la zona norte. Las fotos reflejan perfectamente lo que es la casa, preciosa! Cristina es una anfritiona muy buena, en todo momento se preocupó por que estubieramos bien y nos proporcionó todo lo que necesitamos. Muy recomendable
