I rented this house for 7 weeks and want to leave all positive feedback but there were a few things I felt were overlooked & ought to have been handled before a tenant came to the residence. First, what I really appreciated - I loved the kitchen space - the oven/stovetop were wonderful & there's a brand new microwave which is handy. The master bedroom has really great light. Wonderful room in general! I appreciated being able to pull my car in off the street to park it and the walking/biking distance to the waterfront is also great. Everything is very accessible from the location so that helps a lot. That said, there are a lot of planes that fly overhead due to the proximity to the Monterey Airport. I found most of the house to be quite dark and a lot of the blinds didn't work. The owner was mostly very responsive to my requests. Serious lack of functional pots and pans and other important kitchen items but that got fixed quickly which I appreciated. Not as clean as I hoped upon entry.
