Good location, however the cleanliness was not to our expectations. The dishes and the utensils had dried, leftover food stuck to them. They were not clean to use. There was leftover food in the fridge such as expired milk and what seems is moldy chicken. This place is listed for “free parking” but that is only if you’re okay with parking on the side of the road - and even then, it is during certain times of the day. We were expecting a driveway to park, but there was no such thing available. We were also not told about the parking restrictions for the “certain times”, and had a neighbour tell us. It was extremely inconvenient, as we couldn’t get a direct answer from her since she wanted to see us and tell us in person for some reason - perhaps it was because she didn’t trust us in her home. The location was great, and besides these two things the apartment was nice. It is too overpriced for what is there, even with the good parts. We paid 170$ a night, for 4 nights, for reference in addition to couple hundred dollars in servicing fees.

We loved Juliette’s space and found it perfect for our plans (attending the Canadian National Track and Field championships at the Claude Robillard Sports Complex). What we loved: - The place was spacious; bigger than the pictures made me think - The kitchen was stylish and well appointed with everything we needed, including champagne glasses which are always appreciated IMO. :) - The outdoor patio was lovely for hanging out in the late evening and it too was bigger than I was expecting. It does get some air traffic noise (not heard inside), but nothing too disturbing. - We were worried about it being too hot for sleeping without air conditioning, however with a fan we found it comfortable even though it was hot weather. - Juliette was super responsive - The neighborhood seemed safe and clean and we walked around at night without worry. We would definitely return and would recommend to others without hesitation. One thing to note is that there isn’t a lot around close (except a corner store), so if you’re not in to walking a few blocks or taking the subway, this might not be your best option.

this place was super great to stay at. it was sparkling clean and super adorable. Juliette even left a personalized letter with all of the details of the house, including warm wishes for our weekend! She was super easy to get ahold of, and she even let us stay a bit later past check in time for our convenience. I highly recommend this place! :)
