Sinead's place was very welcoming for me and family members that joined for the celebration of my daughter's wedding. We were visiting from the USA and I think I was the only one who had been to the UK previously. Sinead welcomed us to check in early on the first day, which really helped us out. She was there to welcome us personally and had a very enthusiastic, friendly demeanor that made us all comfortable and we felt welcomed. The house was a great place to stay, and we had several meals filling all of the seats around the table with meals we cooked and shared with fun and laughter. All of the major sites of Norwich are an easy walk and even the train station isn't too far away if you want to make an expedition outside of the city. Sinead was a great host and we would certainly stay there again when visiting Norwich.
This home was perfect as a base for our recent trip to Norwich. The house was spotless and had all that was required to feel right at home. Sinéad kept in contact and instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy to follow. Very central location which was perfect for meals out in the evening. Can’t recommend this place highly enough, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful with welcome pack on arrival and great communication before our arrival. It was everything we needed and would recommend to anyone to book.
Sinead’s apartment was absolutely fantastic. Spotlessly clean. Everything you need. Bumper welcome box. It was such a homely, comfortable place with beautiful decor and furniture. Plenty of room. Walking distance to the centre of Norwich, but a quiet road. Sinead was super helpful and communicative. We will definitely be back!
Really couldn’t fault this airbnb experience. Sinead was very responsive and helpful during our stay. The house is perfectly situated and central to Norwich. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and we were delighted to see the welcome pack upon our arrival. We were a group of 9 and we had more than enough room for each of us. We had one car parked on the property and the other cars parked in St Andrews car park during our stay. Would definitely stay here again. 100% recommend!

Hello I’m Sinead, and together with my husband Andrew, we offer an exceptional experience for guests at No 27 Oak St. I fell in love with our central Norwich Home instantly. It's a bright and cheerful space and SO close to everything. Norwich Cathedral, Norwich Market and shopping. Cinema City. Ideal for large family gatherings reunions and wedding groups. Our quaint ‘Slow you Down’ 2 bedroom garden annex at the rear of our costal home, The Old Rectory in Beeston Regis 5 minutes walk to the sea. We are blessed with a fantastic coastline and the seaside in any direction is only 45 mins to 1 hour away from Norwich and the nearest Norfolk Broad is only 15 mins drive from Norwich but right on your door step should you book ‘ Slow You Down’. Our two family black labs Gizmo and Buzz live with us at the coast so do roam about, so you must like dogs if you consider the annex. It’s our little piece of heaven in the middle of nature and a bird watcher or walkers paradise.
